Welcome
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – three important words for Prairie State College. As part of its commitment to sustainability, the College is focusing resources to make PSC a leader in promoting sustainability goals. This effort will have a broad reach as sustainability will be considered in instructional programs, recycling efforts, and facility use.
Moving forward the College will be looking at a myriad of ways to achieve our sustainability goals. Sustainability efforts involve everyone on campus, and employee and student involvement will be critical if the College’s sustainability effort is to be successful.
As part of the process, the PSC Web site will be a tool to communicate new programs and plans related to the sustainability effort. The Web site will also be used to provide information on the College’s sustainability efforts to date. We invite all PSC employees, students, alumni, and supporters to join us in this important effort.
