Health and Wellness Advisory Board 2010 - 2011
According to the College’s Board of Trustee Policy C-7, Prairie State College will be committed to providing services and activities which increase awareness and promote sound health and wellness practices among the service community. In order to provide the most optimal educational and social services, we have developed a comprehensive wellness committee comprised of the following College and community members:

The committee meets frequently to help plan and implement programs for the student body at PSC, and to provide resources to students via health fairs, or on-site information sessions.
In order to better educate students on what is expected of them within and outside the classroom, the College has designed the Student of Code of Conduct Guide (PDF) . Throughout each semester, workshops will be presented regarding behavioral expectations on campus.
Other events sponsored by this office are: Jennifer S. Fallick Walk of Hope in collaboration with Phi Theta Kappa International Honors Society, Relay for Life in collaboration with Phi Theta Kappa International Honors Society and the American Cancer Society, and an annual Health Fair.
