Photo Contest Rules
This is our first Fall Photo Contest. The Fall Photo Contest is open to any current student in the Photography Program at PCS. Our theme this year is shapes and contour. Let your imagination run wild!
Each contestant must turn in 1-5 prints, no larger than 16x20 and no smaller than 8x10. Mounting is optional. Both film and digital prints will be accepted. On the back of each print must be a label with name, phone number, student ID number, and title (optional). Along with the prints an artist statement is required. This is great practice if you're planning on entering any kind of photo contest, especially Photographer of the Year. Pick up an entry form in room 4110.
The contest will start Thursday, October 19th. The last day to turn everything in is Thursday, November 19th. Please turn images into the office during Open Lab hours only. The first place winner will have their images displayed on the Photo Society web page. Winners will be announced Wednesday, December 2nd.
