The Secretary of the Math Club shall:

1. Maintain all official records of the Math Club
2. Keep the members informed about all events and meetings sponsored by the Math Club.
3. Advertise publicly those events sponsored by the Math Club which are open to the community.
4. In the absence of President or Vice-President, serve as acting President.
5. Be elected into office by a majority vote of a quorum of members present at the annual election meeting.
6. Be replaced by a Presidential appointee if two-thirds (b) of all voting members of the Math Club call for the Secretary's impeachment or if the Secretary becomes unable to perform the duties associated with that office.
