President

The President of the Math Club shall:
- Preside over all meetings
- Be elected into office by a majority vote of a quorum of members present at the annual election meeting.
- Serve as facilitator for the planning of activities and events, in accordance with the Purpose of the Math Club, as enumerated in the Preamble.
- This constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of membership. Amendments should be presented to the Executive Board for approval before they may be submitted to the organization for a vote.
- Be replaced by the Vice-President if two-thirds (b) of all voting members of the Math Club call for the President's impeachment or if the President becomes unable to perform the duties associated with that office.
SGA Representative

The Club representative shall serve as representative to the Math Club and advise the Math Club in all aspects of its operation. It is beneficial, but not required, that the representative knows how to solve math problems fluently. The Math Club representative should, if possible, attend all meetings and events of the Math Club and chaperone travels.
