New Students

All new students are required to attend an orientation session after they have:

  1. Complete an Admissions Application.
  2. Take the COMPASS test.
  3. Meet with an Academic Advisor to select courses and register.

New student orientation is only offered for students entering Prairie State College for the fall semester and have never attended college before. If you have questions, call the Counseling and Academic Advising Center Center at (708) 709-7808 or e-mail Michael Watkins .

Transfer Students

If you are a student from another college and are interested in becoming a transfer student or if you have questions regarding transferring to PSC, contact Admissions at (708)709-3516.
