Learning Achievement Center

The Learning Achievement Center opened in May of 2010 to serve the needs of African American male students at Prairie State College. This 1874 square-foot space is designed to support the academic achievement and persistence of African american male students by providing:

  • a group study area
  • computer-assisted tutoring
  • laptop and textbook loan program
