The role of Business & Information Services at Prairie State College is to perform administrative functions that support the educational process. It administers financial, physical plant, campus and public safety, information technology and records functions, maintains the institutional database, document production and office support services, duplication and mail room services, and provides other miscellaneous support services.

Community & Economic Development

The Division of Community & Economic Development is dedicated to adult learners. We are committed to honoring who they are, where they have come from, and where they are going.

The Division of Community & Economic Development is composed of three departments: Continuing Professional Education, Corporate Education & Training, and Adult Education. These departments provide educational training and non-credit programs to over 10,000 clients a year.
