Applying for a PSCF Scholarship (27KB PDF)

The Prairie State College Foundation assists in matching individuals, businesses, community organizations, and others who donate funds for PSC student scholarships with PSC students who meet these awards' criteria.

By submitting a PSC Foundation Scholarship Application: (click to download an application form) (after filing FAFSA and registering for classes), a PSC student may be considered for Foundation awards, as well as many others. (If a donor requires separate application, Financial Aid will have this available). Submitting complete information allows a PSC student to be considered for any award where current funding is available (subject to investment earnings and/or donations).

PSC Foundation scholarships are awarded on a financial need basis, and according to scholarship donors' criteria, which vary by award. Many donors wish to assist those who do not qualify for federal or state funding. These scholarship awards do not exclude applicants whose income might disqualify them from receiving Pell or MAP. However, you cannot receive a PSC Foundation scholarship if you are fully funded through any combination of other assistance.

A PSC Foundation Scholarship Application is required for all scholarships.
