How e-Cashier Works

Using Nelnet e-Cashier is simple. Just provide the information requested and click on the Proceed button at the bottom of each page. Please be sure that you have completed the process by the deadline noted on the payment plan. As soon as you click on the final Submit and Activate button, Nelnet will immediately implement your payment instructions. If a valid e-mail address is provided, an immediate acknowledgement of your enrollment through Nelnet e-Cashier is sent to that address. Your payment arrangements will be confirmed by e-mail, letter, or Prairie State College.
If changes need to be made after submitting your agreement, please contact the Prairie State College Business Office at (708) 709-3577. If you chose the Pay in Full IMMEDIATELY option, no changes can be made to this agreement after it has been submitted.
Through Nelnet e-Cashier you will be able to:
- Pay in full IMMEDIATELY
- Make a down payment IMMEDIATELY, if required, and arrange for monthly payments
Nelnet e-Cashier will allow you to make payments(s) by:
- Automatic Payments from your Checking or Savings account
- Credit Card
The nonrefundable enrollment fee to budget payment(s) through Nelnet is:
- $30.00 per Semester
The enrollment fee will be attempted within 14 days.
