Guest Students

Please remember to order a copy of your transcripts to have your summer grades transferred to your home college.

Please make sure you have completed the following before leaving Prairie State College for the summer:

1. Fill out the transcript request form.
2. Check the box “hold” for summer grades.
3. Sign and date your form.

Please note that grades will be mailed to your home college or university.
